The ICRM Compliance Engagement Officer is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the Compliance Engagement program.
Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams while executing engagement program. Involved in coaching and training of new individuals engaged in the program. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
Responsibilities:
Work with partner groups colleagues to execute engagement strategies at the team and site levelsFacilitate effective communication cascades and channels that distribute targeted information at the business and local team level in a clear and digestible ways while making the program exciting and engagingAssist with the ICRM stature analysis and related initiatives, and all engagement programs, such as mentorship, training, etc.Execute established guidance and minimum requirements of all ICRM Site and VOE champions. Including establishing feedback opportunities for best practices and lessons learned.Developing and managing employee events
