Job Responsibilities:
The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to global projects of the Ethics & Legal Compliance Program and to the Ethics & Legal Compliance department in Europe. This candidate will possess a positive, energetic and professional disposition, be highly adaptable and results-oriented with a meticulous attention to detail.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative project support to the Ethics & Legal Compliance and Data Privacy departmentProvide administrative and technical support for virtual trainings in Europe and other regions as requiredManage the content of the departments’ internal websites and internal communication channelsManage the translation process of Ethics & Legal Compliance and Data Privacy documentsProvide support for Integrity Check (Compliance Due Diligence) in Europe and other regionsPrepare and ensure the accuracy of all correspondence, agenda and presentationsAct as go-to-person for regional Groups and Divisions regarding administrative questions of the global Ethics & Legal Compliance processesKNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing/Communication or other relevant fieldsFluency in written / spoken German and English; Czech/Slovak and other European languages are an assetWORK EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of practical experience in a corporate environment, preferably a multinational companySKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across departments to meet established and changing deadlinesAbility to collaborate extensively across a diverse group of businesspeople with a wide array of professional backgroundsAbility to learn and readily use system software applications and possess a proactive approach to improving processesProven experience in planning and organizing projects without supervisionHandle confidential information appropriately using discretion and diplomacyHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office; other system-experiences are an asset.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
