Overall Purpose\n
Support and oversee TRIGO's adherence to internal processes and customer site-specific requirements, monitor activities, and facilitate audits.\n

Responsibilities\n
Client relationship & Business development\n\nAct as primary liaison between Customer and TRIGO for badging concerns\nCommunicate security breaches to appropriate customer personnel as well as the Director of Operations\nAudit team members for compliance to customer site-specific requirements\nMaintain Customer Relations\n\n
Operations\n\nInvestigate safety incidents to ensure TRIGO is adhering to and complying with all safety requirements\nEnsure employee awareness and compliance with internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements\nPartner with Operations to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements\nAudit all processes and procedures for conformance and accuracy\nPerform 6S audits\n\n
Organization & Management\n\nAct as the TRIGO representative pertaining to discussions surrounding safety compliance\nInvestigate badging non-compliance issues\nInvestigate incidents of security breaches\nAudit TRIGO records for compliance to internal procedures and customer site-specific requirements\nAudit Badge Process for compliance\nMaintain Monthly Audit Schedule\nMaintain Training Logs and document training hours\n\n
