Compliance Consultant Principal - RemoteJob Description

The Compliance Consultant Principal role serves as a strategic advisor to the AVP of Compliance Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance Oversight, driving strategic initiatives that align regulatory responsibilities with enterprise goals. This role leads special projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures seamless execution of compliance strategies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate special projects related to enterprise regulatory changes, audits, and enterprise compliance priorities.Act as a central point of coordination between compliance leadership and business units, ensuring alignment and timely execution of activities.Facilitate collaboration across legal, operations, and business teams to drive shared accountability and progress.Prepare executive-level updates, briefings, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.Promote a culture of transparency, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the compliance function.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business management, information management or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience8 years of work experience in business/process analysis, project/program management and/or at a pharmacy benefit management organizationMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
