Compliance Business Systems Specialist

_We’re looking for a_ **_Compliance Business Systems Specialist_** _to join our_ _Integrated Compliance Services_ _team at MBPS. In this role, you will b_ _e responsible for supporting AML systems in ensuring our controls are effective and supporting the various business segments in strengthening the overall AML program thru implementation, enhancements, and oversight of these systems._
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Delivery of successful initiatives in a timely manner based on project objectives and success criteria.
+ Promoting and enabling a high degree of collaboration among Business SMEs and decision makers, the Business Transformation Office, the Project Management Office, and Information Services partners to ensure successful, quick delivery.
+ Production of high-quality business requirements; including the collection, analysis, validation and documentation of business users’ or stakeholder’s business needs
+ Identification and escalation of key risks, issues and dependencies, as well as cost benefit tradeoffs among a variety of options to align with overall project and program objective
+ Process modeling and analysis skills including but not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future state along with root cause analysis
+ Accountable for effective change management within projects, in terms of ensuring that change to business requirements are effectively managed to reduce impact to projects
+ Assist business leads in defining short and long term needs to determine business priorities and advise on options
**Required Qualifications:**
+ At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, preferably in Financial Services, with a background in Life Insurance operations and integrated solutions.
+ Proficient in MS Excel functions and formulas, MS Office applications, and process mapping using BPMN 2.0.
+ Strong knowledge of insurance operations, processes, and basic compliance concepts, especially AML/ATF.
+ A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance/Investments, Legal Management, or other relevant fields,.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Ability to document and analyze data flows, identify dependencies and connectivity, and question inputs and outputs effectively.
+ Skilled in end-to-end project management, with the ability to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.
+ Strong problem-solving, root cause identification, and contingency planning skills.
+ Ability to aggregate and present findings using visual diagrams to facilitate decision-making for various audiences.
+ Detail-oriented, hands-on, and adaptable, with excellent troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading meetings, presenting effectively, and explaining complex concepts simply.
+ Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, setting priorities, and delivering business value.
+ Ability to assess situations based on data and analytical reasoning.
