Kforce has a client that is seeking a Compliance and Risk Analyst III in Arlington, TX. Responsibilities: Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Company Americas Privacy program by: * Providing advice and guidance to the director for dissemination to business units and corporate functions on Privacy program risks * Maintaining current knowledge of Americas laws and regulations relating to data privacy and protection, and communicating appropriate changes to existing policies, standards and compliance programs based on legal and regulatory developments * Participating in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, assessment processes and response plans Support the Americas DPPO team and ongoing data privacy and protection compliance activities by: * Contributing to Privacy Impact Assessments, data subject access response, and the review of new products, services, and technology initiatives * Managing the privacy incident response process for Team responsible for responding to privacy incidents in the Americas region * Working with the director to develop and implement privacy risk assessment and testing programs * Maintaining and overseeing the ongoing privacy monitoring processes of privacy risks * Developing and reviewing privacy training program content
