In our Compliance department in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Compliance analyst with focus on Governance/Privacy to join the dynamic and friendly team of compliance professionals.
The compliance analyst brings a good Compliance understanding with in depth GDPR knowledge and provides privacy related advice & support to the business. He/she will also be involved in all aspects of Compliance e.g. monitoring and testing, training, interpretation of new regulatory requirements, development of policies & procedures, reporting.
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
+ Provide Compliance advice to all lines of business by analyzing legislative an regulatory compliance requirements, policies and procedures.
+ Develop and maintain a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and internal policy requirements.
+ Management and resolution of compliance gaps
+ Contribute to the execution of Compliance monitoring programs to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and procedures.
+ Coordinate, compile and maintain Compliance reports, inventories
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Higher education
+ Knowledge of GDPR/Privacy legislation
+ Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the payments industry, global financial crimes compliance, which include, but are not limited to: European Money Laundering Regulations, Anti-Corruption & Bribery laws
+ Proactive and solution oriented.
+ Proven ability to build rapport, garner respect and exercise authority appropriately in a collaborative environment.
+ Professional maturity and confidence in expressing a point of view with colleagues at various levels.
+ Self-motivated, energetic team player with ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with all levels of management.
+ Excellent organizational and planning skills;
+ The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment
+ Excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
