As a Compliance Analyst at Advanced Materials, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the various regulations to which Advanced Materials is subject, including, but not limited to, the American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act. This position will involve analyzing data, conducting audits, and providing insightful recommendations to improve compliance processes related to the production and sale of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and other regulated chemicals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of environmental regulations, data analysis, and report generation, and possess a keen attention to detail. This role directly contributes to Advanced Materials’ organizational success by helping to ensure our credibility with critical regulators.

\nThis role reports into the General Counsel, Compliance and you’ll work out of our New Jersey or D.C. location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nConduct regular risk assessments, audits, and testing and monitoring of processes and reports to ensure compliance with AIM Act and other regulatory requirements.\nCollect, validate, and analyze data related to HFC production, transformation, imports, and exports and support data tracking and reporting initiatives\nAggregate data across multiple platforms, analyze transactions and the movement of goods, and validate reports submitted to relevant regulatory agencies\nMonitor and analyze regulatory changes related to the AIM Act, HFCs, and other applicable regulations; assess their impact on the organization’s operations and compliance strategy; and provide strategic recommendations\n\n\nIdentify areas for improvement in processes and suggest corrective actions\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance efforts, understand operational impacts of applicable regulations, and provide training and support on compliance requirements and best practices\n\n\nParticipate in a variety of special projects as assigned by management\n\n\n

\nThe salary range for this position is $99,400 - $124,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, business or environmental analytics, compliance auditing, or related roles\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\nAbility to navigate Excel and SAP with ease\nProficient in data analysis/visualization tools and reporting software\n\n
