Compliance Advisory Officer

This role, within the second line of the company’s three lines of defence risk management model, will support management to manage regulatory compliance risks and oversee the first line of defence. The position plays a key role in promoting a culture of integrity and compliance across both retail and online licensed entities.

What you will be doing
Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager and team with day-to-day admin tasks and keeping compliance records up to dateHelp prepare and share reports, audit results, and other compliance documentsKeep customer records (like KYC and AML) organised and make sure they meet data protection rules like GDPRGather documents needed for audits, checks, and internal reviewsTrack compliance steps during customer onboarding and work with teams to make sure actions are completed on timeFlag any issues or delays to the right teams or managersHelp get everything ready for audits and follow up on any actions that come out of themAssist with creating reports, updating dashboards, and sharing updates on compliance changes across the business
Who we are looking for
Experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles within a heavily regulated sector, ideally within the betting and gaming industryKnowledge of LCCP, AML/CTF requirements, GB and Gibraltar licensing, and experience with compliance assessmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead compliance programs and teamsDetail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWhat we offer
