Ejecutar las operaciones diarias de comercio exterior de la empresa conforme a los procedimientos.

Ejecutar las actividades y proyectos del departamento que se asignen para el cumplimiento aduanero.

Requisitos

Escolaridad: Licenciatura Comercio, Aduanas o afín.

Experiencia: Egresado o 1 año.

Conocimientos: Leyes Aduaneras y operación aduanera.

Habilidades técnicas: Paquetería Office, especialmente Excel y Outlook. Global Trade XXI (Prisma) deseable o cualquier otro sistema de anexo 24.

Idioma: inglés deseable.

Disponibilidad de horario y rotación de turnos.

Funciones y Principales Responsabilidades

1. Cumplir con la política y objetivos de Calidad y Seguridad de la compañía. 

2. Proceso transaccional y de trafico de avisos de traslado, importaciones y exportaciones.

3. Ejecutar las iniciativas de seguridad, de auditorías de ISO y otros programas de la organización.

4. Importaciones definitivas de materia prima.

5. Atencion a clientes internos y requisitores conforme a procedimiento.  

6. Participacion en proyectos de desarrollo del departamento.   

7. Envios de DHL Express.      

8. Soporte en actividades de la gerencia.     

9. Soporte en papeles de trabajo de comercio exterior.   

10. Balanceo de prioridades de las operaciones transaccionales.   

11. Generación y archivo de formatos y cartas de comercio exterior de las operaciones transaccionales junto a su pedimento.

12. Atender los entrenamientos y cumplir con las evaluaciones asignadas.  

13. Soporte en las actividades de inventario de activo fijo.   

14. Soporte en las actividades de cumplimiento de las certificaciones y programas de la organización. 

15. Ejecutar las funciones descritas arriba conforme a la indicación de la gerencia en el turno que se asigne.
