Global Compliance   Our division prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the firm and helps to strengthen the firm’s culture of compliance. Compliance accomplishes these through the firm’s enterprise-wide compliance risk management program. As an independent control function and part of the firm’s second line of defense, Compliance assesses the firm’s compliance, regulatory and reputational risk; monitors for compliance with new or amended laws, rules and regulations; designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training; conducts independent testing; investigates, surveils and monitors for compliance risks and breaches; and leads the firm’s responses to regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries. You'll be part of a team with members from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, such as law, accounting, sales, and trading. We look for those who possess sound judgment, curiosity, and are able to adapt to a changing regulatory landscape.
Overview

This role is within our Consumer Compliance team focuses on our core consumer function delivering compliance risk management related to Consumer Protection Risk. We are looking for a leader who can help drive components of our consumer risk management and management reporting. 

Principal Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is strategic, data-driven and experienced in management reporting. This role requires collaboration, organization and innovation.

Manage coordination and development of sustainable management reportingManage requests and exams from outside regulators and internal auditCollaborate with internal stakeholders across Consumer Compliance and internal business stakeholders

Qualifications:

JD preferredProfessional experience in developing and implementing risk and management reporting to senior stakeholdersAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, will an ability to learn new tools quicklyAbility to identify and drive data analysis and metric improvementsStrong understanding of Compliance program mandates and Operational RiskStrong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and project management skills with a proven record of execution against deadlinesExperience in content editing and visualization Excellent organizational, drafting and communication skills (oral and written); commitment to excellence; ability to draft communications Excellent interpersonal and client skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with relevant groups within the firmAbility to work collaboratively with a team that is dispersed geographicallyHighly motivated and proactive; the ability to respond quickly and creatively in a fast paced, high pressure, changing environment; take ownership of large-scale projects and presentations Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, including global business and regulatory matters  ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS
