Complex Transition Integration Manager

Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** You will own client engagements / contracts across geographies- Transitions support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting • Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanism for key indicators of the Transitions to support decision-making • Responsible to achieve transformation at a high level of change management experience, including challenging, inspiring and leading the team • Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters ‘critical to quality’ for process delivery • Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback and training • Ensure adequate mentorship & training of team members to ensure process objectives & Customer requirements are met. • . Hybrid: Your work location of City, State was assigned based on business need and currently your role designated as a hybrid role. Hybrid roles are expected to perform their primary duties from a combination of IBM location, client sites or work at home. The required number of days to be in the office is to be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement must be preapproved by your manager before any changes are made. **Required technical and professional expertise** Required Professional and Technical Expertise : • Minimum 18+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting Delivery, Transitions & Transformations • Proven experience creating and developing of value proposition, business cases, industry specific offerings • Ability to ideate strategic direction and initiatives through designing of business outcome models, contracting structures and identification of new opportunities and business lines • Proficient in supporting sales team for building compelling Transition Solutions, business case for prospect clients to offshore business including Tranform and work closely with Process Delivery leaders in identifying improvement. opportunities and implement the same across all processes • Managing Program Financials and Implementation schedule inclding pre-emtive risk Management Expertise to lead efforts on continuous process improvements and transformation along with carrying out maturity assessments • Certified - Complex Program Manager with minimum of PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
