Responsibilities:
Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines and other complex equipment used in production.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate machining.
Monitor machine operation, identify malfunctions, and perform adjustments or minor repairs.
Conduct in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
Log production data and quality checks accurately in internal systems or production logs.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and software-related issues in coordination with maintenance teams.
Follow production schedules and coordinate with warehouse staff for material handling and finished product movement.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Experience with multi-axis CNC machines (3-, 4-, or 5-axis).
Knowledge of G-code, M-code, or conversational programming.
Familiarity with ERP/MES systems for production tracking.
Previous work experience in an ISO-certified or lean manufacturing environment.
Forklift certification and experience with warehouse operations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive maintenance and basic machine repairs.

Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC or other complex manufacturing machinery.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a manufacturing environment.
