What will I be doing?
The Complex Hotel Manager will report to the General Manager and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of both properties. You will work closely with department heads, brand partners, and ownership groups to ensure both hotels meet and exceed brand standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Partner with the General Manager to oversee all operational aspects across both propertiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and associatesEnsure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered, monitored, and improvedOversee key projects including renovations, brand enhancements, and capital improvementsDrive financial performance through budget oversight, cost control, and revenue generationImplement strategic plans and service initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyaltyMonitor brand compliance and respond to internal audits to ensure continual improvementCollaborate with Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to position both hotels competitivelyChampion employee engagement and retention through transparent leadership and recognitionMaintain strong relationships with community partners and local business networksFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellenceWhat are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing a property with revenue of $20M 2+ years of Hotel Manager, AGM or Director/Leadership role or equivalent experience 2+ years of operations backgroundSuccess in building strong service cultures, increasing team member engagement and guest loyaltyPerformance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
