This is a unique opportunity to oversee the operations of two distinguished Hilton properties, driving operational excellence, enhancing guest satisfaction, and cultivating a strong team member culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of successfully managing high-performing teams in a multi-brand environment.

\nThe Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Bel Air are two premier Hilton properties catering to business and leisure travelers. Conveniently located near I-95, these properties offer easy access to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Ripken Stadium, and local businesses.
\n\nHilton Garden Inn Bel Air features 102 modern guest rooms, a 24-hour business center, a fitness facility, and an on-site restaurant serving breakfast and dinner.\nHomewood Suites Bel Air offers extended-stay amenities for their 92 guestrooms, including fully equipped kitchens, complimentary breakfast, and evening socials for guests.\n\nBasic Qualifications:
\n\nProven experience as a Hotel General Manager overseeing properties generating $3M+ in revenue.\nDemonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain a positive team culture.\nStrong commercial acumen with a successful track record in revenue management and sales strategies.\nExceptional leadership skills with the ability to attract, inspire, and retain top talent.\nAbility to analyze and interpret financial reports to drive strategic decision-making.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:
\n\nHilton brand expertise with experience in Hilton systems, standards, and operational best practices.\nMulti-brand management experience, preferably in a select-service or extended-stay environment.\nProven ability to implement guest service initiatives that enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.\nWhat are we looking for?
