Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Complex Family Planning Attending Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County. Kings County Hospital operates a world-renowned Level I Trauma Center, one of only three in Brooklyn which serves 2.6 million residents of Brooklyn and Staten Island and has a newly renovated Women’s Health Center that provides comprehensive services including breast health, colonoscopy, family planning, obstetrics and gynecology, postpartum, and a teen obstetrics clinic.,

Opportunity Details:

Provides direct comprehensive care to patients seeking contraceptive, family planning services. Provides expert consultative services and supportive guidance for patient with comorbidities needing contraception care. Provides comprehensive abortion care. Performs outpatient procedures such as IUD or Transdermal implant placement/removal, point of care ultrasonography, tubal sterilization. Provides clinical and didactic teaching to OB/GYN residents and medical students. Supervises and mentor trainees in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Participates in resident education initiatives, skills development sessions, and evaluation processes.
