**Job Overview:** The Senior Completions Spec (OnsCon) uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Completions (OnsCon) discipline within McDermott. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Completions (OnsCon) discipline. The Senior Completions Spec (OnsCon) solves complex problems and uses discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Senior Completions Spec (OnsCon) impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Completions (OnsCon) team and other related teams and ensures they work within the appropriate guidelines and policies. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Develop, execute, and manage completion plans for onshore construction projects + Ensure all completion activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards + Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve completion issues that may arise + Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely delivery of completion documentation + Supervise and mentor junior completion specialists in the team **Essential Qualifications and Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering or related field5 to 7 years' experience in completions management for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industry + Strong knowledge of industry standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ISO, and ASTM + Excellent communication and leadership skills + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Experience with software programs for completion tracking and documentation + Knowledge of safety and risk management processes in the EPCI industry \#LI-OO1 Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
