**Job Description:**
GDIT is searching for individuals to support the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Drug Price Negotiation Program as a Complaint Analyst II. Your work will support CMS by consistently and accurately addressing stakeholder complaints and disputes related to the Program. Our work depends on a Complaint Analyst II joining our team to support the CMS mission to conduct intake, analysis and resolution tracking of complaints related to the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.
HOW A COMPLAINT ANALYST II ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
+ Reviews complaint and dispute data, categorizes issues, prioritizes cases based on severity, and ensures accurate documentation of each complaint’s lifecycle.
+ Works closely with cross-functional teams to capture data necessary for analysis of complaints, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
+ Collaborate with senior team members on referrals to the investigative team.
+ Uses critical thinking to understand program rules and make informed decisions related to disposition and adjudication of complaints.
+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA and CMS data protection requirements
**Required Skills:**
+ **Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of healthcare experience is required.**
+ Proficiency using Microsoft Office product suite.
Desired Skills:
+ Effective oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations and experience evaluating healthcare data including prescription drug claims
The likely salary range for this position is $59,500 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
