You will get an opportunity to work with colleagues across the world in a company that cares and values play and integrity. **Note: Position open for Billund (Preferred) and Copenhagen** **Core Responsibilities** + General advising on competition law to the business and legal colleagues + Advising our CEEMEA markets on competition law related matters + Supporting senior lawyers on IP related matters + Contract drafting and negotiation skills + Supporting and driving governance initiatives such as policy and guidance drafting, development of training programmes, etc. + Deliver training globally and ensure relevance and high levels of engagement **Play your part in our team succeeding** The position is within the Competition Law team – a team of experienced competition lawyers located in Billund, London and Shanghai. The team sits within Legal, Compliance and Risk Management headed by the Global General Counsel. **Do you have what it takes?** + Strong interest for and understanding of European Competition law + Proven experience in competition law. The experience can come from in-house legal team, national competition authority or private practice. + Ability to deliver high quality and nuanced advice whether it be on a day-to-day basis, in project work or in training sessions. + A compliance mindset + Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to build trust and credibility with others. + Personal drive and initiative + Motivated by learning from experts and delivering results through collaboration with senior colleagues + Ability to be flexible in working style and respond to different working styles + Fluent English Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
