Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Competency Management Trainee to join our worldwide R&D team. This internship position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in competency management in our worldwide R&D organization.

Assist in the development and maintenance of competency frameworks for various roles within the organizationSupport the implementation of competency-based learning initiativesCollaborate with worldwide R&D team members to gather and analyze competency dataHelp create and update competency profiles for different job positionsAssist in generating reports and presentations on competency-related metricsContribute to the continuous improvement of competency management practices

QualificationsB2 level (written and verbal) in English language requiredAbility to work independent and reliableProactivity and positive attitude towards peopleAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
