Compensation Survey Associate

**Description**
**The Role**
+ As a junior member of the Survey Management Center of Excellence, this individual would assist with the operational activities for multiple surveys from launch to report production while adhering to established milestones
+ Collect and review survey data on an individual company basis as well as in aggregate for accuracy
+ Interact with clients via phone and email on a daily basis regarding position matching and data review questions, data analytics and other services or products
+ Participate/ assist with client marketing webcasts, conduct job matching sessions in person or via webcast to educate clients/prospects on survey methodology and design.
+ Work with internal colleagues to review compensation survey participation materials including checking technology tools and data submission materials for accuracy in order to launch surveys according to milestone date requirements
+ Ensure adherence to established quality standards for data analysis and publication
+ Using software tools to analyze and generate summary tables for compensation survey reports
+ Deliver reports to clients on a timely basis and present results to clients on a 1:1 or group setting in-person or via webinar
+ Conduct custom analyses (i.e., special peer groups, custom formatting, market assessments) upon request of internal and external clients
+ Assist other team members with their survey responsibilities when needed

**Qualifications**
**The Requirements**
+ The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of compensation survey experience and knowledge
+ The qualified candidate will have some corporate experience (internships, part-time positions or other education and related experience acceptable); Human Resources background would an asset
+ Proven analytical skills, good communication skills, detail orientation, project management skills and PC expertise utilizing a database
+ Committed to quality; continuously works to achieve the highest quality standards
+ Team player; ability to work independently as well as in a team
+ Results-driven; focused on achieving results that promote business success
+ Communicator; displays strong oral, written and public speaking skills
