QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 4-5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysisAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS and compensation management systemsStrong analytical and statistical skills with ability to interpret complex dataKnowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirementsExperience with compensation survey participation and interpretationBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field
