Compensation Partner
**Position Overview:** We are seeking a strategic and analytical **Compensation Partner** to support our dynamic and growing organization. This role will support a wide range of compensation initiatives—helping to ensure our programs are equitable, competitive, and scalable. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data, insights, and program support across the organization. The Compensation Partner position is responsible for working and consulting with assigned client groups, performing compensation project work, market pricing reviews, pay equity cost modeling, compensation program administration, compensation policy reviews, pay plan maintenance, and analysis and data preparation to support various pay programs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supports the strategic design and administration of all compensation plans, programs, and processes for U.S. and International employees, including base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives and annual compensation administration. + Acts as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders by sharing compensation insights and helping align practices with market-competitive compensation trends and internal goals such as attrition, in-demand skills, pay equity, starting salary rates, job leveling, etc. + Executes aspects of the annual compensation review processes, systems, and reporting. Lead the compensation preparation to drive quality, data integrity, auditing, and accuracy for compensation programs and decisions. + Develops and implements effective communications and education to empower leaders and HR Business Partners to align our compensation programs with talent management strategies. + Researches and implements competitive, best practice pay policies and programs, including base pay and variable pay and recognition programs. + Leverages compensation survey aggregator tool for compensation benchmarking, salary survey selection and participation, and competitive analysis. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field + 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including exposure to salary structure development, short- and long-term incentive plan administration; + Strong working knowledge of U.S. and International compensation practices, including experience analyzing market data using survey tools such as Marketpay (or similar data tool); + Strong working knowledge of multi-national survey providers including Aon/Radford, WillisTowersWatson, Mercer, or equivalent; experience with global survey submissions; + Proven ability to business partner effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions, including HR, Finance, and business leadership; + Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with large data sets, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables, and other functions commonly used for compensation analysis; solid command of the Microsoft Office Suite overall; + Solid knowledge of FLSA, wage & hour laws, and global compensation practices; + Excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills; + Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment; **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle or similar) to support compensation program administration, data management and reporting; + Familiarity with equity and sales compensation programs; + Related professional certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), SHRM-CP, etc.) \#LI-RG1 \#LI-Hybrid **Ralliant Corporation Overview** Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
