Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation Manager to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that align with our company's strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Global Pay Structures: Design, develop and administer global pay structures and systems, ensuring programs are market competitive, scalable, and align with the organization’s compensation philosophy. Job Evaluation: Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to determine appropriate salary levels and compensation structures. Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for salary adjustments, incentive programs, and other compensation-related initiatives. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation programs. Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and Business Leaders to address compensation-related issues and provide guidance on compensation policies and practices. Reporting: Prepare and present compensation reports and analysis to HR Business Partners and leaders. Compensation Tools: Administer compensation tools and modules, partnering closely with HRIS to test new features, and implement changes. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in compensation management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus. 8+ years of directly related compensation experience Strong knowledge and experience working with base and incentive pay; equity pay is a plus. Strong knowledge of FLSA and other regulatory guidelines Broad knowledge of compensation practices across Americas; International a plus Extremely detail-oriented—able to provide accurate data and concise, meaningful reporting Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, with ability to draw conclusions, themes and trends from large amounts of data and propose solutions Strong organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking Expert user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Position is highly data driven and requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (xlookups, vlookups, arrays, pivot tables, DAX, Data Query). Python is a plus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
