Your Tasks

Compensation and Benefits Strategy

 

Design, continuous development and operation of compensation and benefits policies and strategies. Annual personnel cost budgeting and long term planning. Coordination of compensation cycles and benefits processes. Utilizing HR data analytics and data visualization to support informed business- and organizational decisions. Conducting market benchmark analyses and competitiveness assessments. Implementing and overseeing salary structures, bonus systems, performance-based benefits, and other incentive programs. Regulating cafeteria plans, insurance, health programs, and other benefits. Designing and managing grading systems to optimize compensation structures. Implementing predictive budgeting in the planning of benefits and compensation systems, along with robust predictive analysis to anticipate future needs and trends.

HR Operational Management

 

Establishing decision-making structures: integrating workflows, approval processes, and compliance points. Regulating and optimizing HR administration, employment relationship management, and onboarding processes. Keeping HR information systems (HRIS) up-to-date, managing developments, and operating HRIS data analysis and visualization functions including HR dashboard preparation. Operating reporting and analysis functions: monitoring KPIs and supporting managerial decision-making.

Organizational and Partner Collaboration

 

Maintaining close contact with People Business Partners, as well as financial and legal departments. Developing HR service levels and enhancing internal customer experience. Leading the compensation and operational HR team, supporting professional development and succession planning. Driving and integrating ESG initiatives into HR processes. Maintaining communication and collaboration with RTL group. Your Profile A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR controlling, compensation, and benefits. Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field. Outstanding analytical skills, with a systematic and data-driven mindset, particularly in HR data analytics. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken. In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits systems, as well as HR digitalization. Strong MS Office skills; experience with HRIS, SuccessFactors, HR Master, and Babér is an advantage. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Your team
