Compensation Business Systems Analyst
**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with operational and analytical experience to work on systems-related business needs that support the Compensation Team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help develop and maintain tools to provide data and analytics to the greater Compensation team. **Required Skills:** Compensation Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities: 1. Utilize knowledge of Workday, Salesforce, relational databases, SQL, Python, Excel, and business intelligence tools to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics 2. Obtain a thorough understanding of our data sources and collection methods, provide consultation and subject matter expertise on compensation data, and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported 3. Support the group with reporting, audits, security administration, and data loads 4. and manage the intake of ad-hoc reporting requests 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional owners, regions, application managers, and engineering) to support strategic initiatives by applying systems knowledge, identifying opportunities, and developing or enhancing compensation systems 6. Working with large data sets, apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data aggregation, and the presentation of data to go beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, execute business decisions, and streamline our processes **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience 8. BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline 9. 4+ years of experience in compensation, finance, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly applicable field 10. Experience with systems, relational databases, SQL, Python, Excel (including building models), and business intelligence tools for reporting/dashboarding required 11. Analysis, communication and collaboration skills required **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 12. Experience using Workday and/or Salesforce and creating advanced reports strongly preferred 13. Experience in Tableau preferred 14. Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate a plus 15. Familiarity with VBA, especially as it relates to Excel and its object model, or programming/scripting knowledge a plus 16.
