You’ll manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring they align with global standards and local needs. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with managers, HR teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Job evaluations in cooperation with the Compensation Managers and annual job catalogue refreshing; Data verification processes specifically relating to the misalignment of job profiles; Supporting the annual review of the recognition range for their countries; Providing Equity Review Analysis, using standard tools and processes and working closely with the Compensation Manager; Supporting hiring managers with salary decision guidance either based on specific requests via ServiceNow or as per Workday escalations; Monitoring competitiveness within aligned countries; Carrying out job mapping/matching for benchmarking as per the guidance provided by the Global Benchmarking Team; Supporting the Global Benchmarking Team to investigate data issues, matching errors or data gaps; Validating job family ranges for countries within remit, employment cost analysis and risks management; Supporting annual pay reviews and bonus validation; Support Benefits Managers in vendor negotiations, including data analysis, presentations, and customer experience insights; Assist with Benefits vendor platform management: pulling performance reports, validating data, and handling employee queries; Providing guidance on Compensation and Benefits governance following established frameworks; Contributing to local risk management processes; Handling queries not managed by outsourced providers; Responding to requests for insights and trend data from the business; Project Work. Why you? Necessary skills: Min. 1-2 years of experience in a close or same role (ideally gained in a large Corporation or a specialist consulting organization); University Degree; Fluent English and French languages; Preferred knowledge and understanding of technical Reward/Compensation; Strong analytical capability and experience of applying processes and managing data; High level of expertise in standard MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint); Good communication skill, deliverable-oriented work style; Ability to handle multiple tasks & work either independently or as part of a team.
