Description We are looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct detailed analysis of benefits offerings to optimize cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to design benefit strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and administer FMLA processes, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits-related inquiries and processes.
• Evaluate market trends and benchmark data to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to benefits administration.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate benefits data and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Act as a liaison with vendors and service providers to manage contracts and resolve issues. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Proficiency in benefits coordination and analysis within a detail-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve benefits programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and trends in manufacturing-related benefits.
