We are in search of a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to become a vital part of our team. This individual will operate within the AskHR Americas Services division, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits for the Americas, while overseeing employee benefits for Mexico and various other Latin American countries
The position entails offering assistance to both employees and managers, working in tandem with fellow HR team members, overseeing benefit providers and brokerage firms tasked with managing contracts and services, as well as generating and presenting reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and propose necessary adjustments
Develop and implement benefits policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with market practices and applicable regulations
Prepare management reports and key performance indicators related to benefits
Conduct feasibility studies for the implementation of new benefit programs
Administer, purchase, control, and process payments for benefits
Manage benefits payroll processing
Control and analyze costs, usage, and changes to benefits
Lead awareness initiatives and communicate information about the company's benefits offerings
Develop monthly reports, indicators, and business scenarios
Manage relationships with providers and brokers
Implement process improvements
Map and assess internal and supplier processes
Design and implement new benefit processes and policies
Respond to benefit related service requests from employees, HR and leaders
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
