We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead and manage total rewards strategies across our operations in Spain. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes, while also providing HR generalist and administrative support to ensure alignment with local business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits combined with broad HR experience in a automotive environment.

Your Profile as Compensation & Benefits Manager:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HR generalist functions, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, tax regulations, and social security requirements related to compensation and benefits. Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and incentive program design. Ability to balance strategic compensation planning with hands-on HR administration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a multinational environment, managing compensation and benefits across different sites. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
