Compensation & Benefits Manager
Design and management of compensation and benefits programs
Develop, implement, and maintain policies for fixed and variable compensation.
Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, vouchers, retirement plans, etc.).
Continuously evaluate the competitiveness of compensation packages.Market analysis and salary benchmarking
Participate in compensation market surveys.
Compare salary structures with industry peers.
Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations for adjustments.Organizational structure and salary scale management
Maintain and update organizational charts.
Define and review salary bands by level and function.
Align structures with business strategy and internal equity.Job evaluation and classification
Apply job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Towers Watson).
Assign job levels and families.
Support organizational restructuring processes.Compliance and internal audits
Creation of Governance, guidelines, and policies for Compensation and Benefits
Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations related to compensation.
Prepare reports for internal and external audits.Communication and training
Develop informative materials about benefits for employees.
Train leaders and employees on compensation policies and processes.
Support in salary review and bonus processes
Coordinate annual salary and bonus review cycles.
Analyze performance and metrics for incentive allocation Participation in global process related to Compensation and Benefits
