Compensation & Benefits Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our People team. This role involves evaluating and analyzing compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable salary structures, contributing to the development of compensation programs, and supporting the administration of compensation plans. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of compensation practices and regulations.

What You'll Do:

Conduct market pricing and analysis to ensure competitive pay structures by researching compensation trends and benchmarking against industry standards. Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies. Analyze job responsibilities and requirements to determine appropriate compensation levels. Participate in salary surveys and analyze results to assess the organization's market position. Resolve routine benefits and compensation questions and issues, escalating complex matters as needed. Prepare and present compensation reports and findings to People team leadership and management teams. Support the annual compensation review process, including data preparation, analysis, and communication. Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations. Assist in the evaluation and development of incentive programs and other performance-based pay initiatives. Provide guidance and support to People Business Partners and management on compensation-related matters. Maintain and update compensation and benefits databases and systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Conduct benefits-related payroll audits to verify deduction accuracy for both new hires and active employees on a biweekly basis. Maintain employee benefit records in HRIS (UKG), ensuring timely and correct entry of new elections, qualifying life event changes, and terminations. Submission of weekly census files to benefit carriers. Participate in ongoing system and process improvement initiatives related to onboarding, auditing, and HRIS benefits workflows.

What You Have: 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR function. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with UKG and compensation software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred

The national cash compensation range for this role is $78,000 - $101,000.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
