Compensation is a specialized area of Rewards focusing on compensation design, management, and analysis. Develops, implements and administers compensation such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary increases, salary surveys and pay policies. Provides services in Executive Compensation, International Compensation, Sales Compensation, Equity Compensation and other specialized areas of compensation. Oversees the organization's compensation philosophy and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. Plans, develops, and implements compensation programs that are internally equitable, externally competitive, and legally compliant. Researches and develops incentive programs, including sales. Manages the annual review process, including job evaluation, base pay and incentive plan review, merit budgets, etc. Oversees annual compensation survey participation, benchmarking process, and data analysis. Researches best compensation practices in the market. Makes recommendations regarding salary grades and market rates for specific jobs or functional areas. Vendor management for external market data systems and consultants for executive compensation and other resources.Benefits designs, develops, implements and delivers competitive retirement and health & welfare plans and programs. Prepares reports and facilitates associate communication related to benefits programs. Advises HR and managers on issues related to benefits. Manages annual processes like open enrollment and oversees related government filings and communications.Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own workCharacterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal educationMay provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
Responsibilities
+ Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills

Salary range $70,000.00- $75,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
