Compensation Analyst

Conduct analysis, interpret results, and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of the Total Rewards Programs. Assist in the design of packages to attract, retain, motivate, and reward team members throughout the assigned region.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Manage the full cycle of total reward policies, programs, processes, and communicationsDevelop, implement, and maintain compensation structure through participation in salary surveys, analysis of market movement and evaluation of all new and redesigned job descriptionsParticipate in external benefit surveys providing detailed analysis on trends and recommend program adjustmentsCreate reports to analyze and monitor the integrity of the total reward programs assessing effectivenessConsult with human resources and leaders in the development of salary offers within the compensation guidelinesManage compensation plans and data in the databasePerform audits for regulatory and policy complianceSeek new and innovative methods for process improvement solutions to streamline all activitiesADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
 Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field1 year experience in total rewards project administration, job description creation and/or analytical work experienceProficiency in laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits in assigned geographic regionExperience with Human Capital Management systemProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to interpret results, identify trends, issues and prepare recommendationsAbility to partner with business units to understand their needs and develop suitable reward program recommendationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environmentAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information
