We are looking for a Contract Compensation Analyst to support the Total Rewards team with compensation projects, analysis and day-to-day partnering with the Talent Acquisition (TA) partners and People Business Partners (PBP).
What You'll Do: Administer and support base pay, bonus and equity global compensation programs. Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to determine appropriate salary ranges and classifications for new and existing positions. Refresh ranges with updated market data analyze impact. Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and impact of proposed changes related to compensation, internal equity, and external competitiveness. Provide compensation subject matter guidance to TA and PBPs. Support job architecture project work. Support compensation planning cycles in Workday. Participate in compensation benchmarking, pay practice and trend surveys, and analyze our programs and practices against the results. Assist in the development, documentation and communication of compensation policies and programs. Maintain and regularly audit job and compensation data in Workday. Monitor regulatory changes impacting compensation including pay transparency, minimum wage requirements, overtime rules, and GDPR. What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean: 5+ years of experience in global compensation at publicly traded companies. Experience with base pay, bonus, and RSU/equity programs. Outstanding Excel/Google Sheets skills. Commitment to operational excellence and pride in highly accurate work. Tremendous attention to detail and passion for data exploration. Experience with MarketPay or similar compensation benchmarking tool preferred. Experience with Workday HRIS preferred. The salary range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00 an hour based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance.
