We are seeking a dedicated Compensation Analyst to guide and shape the framework for market data and compensation strategies. This new role is vital for creating a focused approach to compensation as part of our evolving company. The position involves data analytics, career pathing, and project management to support key HR initiatives in benefits and payroll.
ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze the organization's pay structure by studying market trends.Compare salaries to industry standards and advise leadership on competitive compensation packages.Ensure fair and equitable pay practices within the company.Determine appropriate pay levels for employees based on job responsibilities and market data.Shape and optimize compensation strategies and employee career development paths.Essential Skills4+ years of compensation experience with specialization in market data.Strong skills in compensation and data analysis.Ability to provide strategic guidance on compensation frameworks.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree required, field not restricted to HR.Supervisory skills with a balanced personality and confidence.Experience with compensation analysis and human resources.Familiarity with ADP and SuccessFactors is beneficial but not required.Work Environment
This hybrid position requires you to be in the Richmond office from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The role reports to the Total Rewards department. Our company is one of the top six largest companies, offering longevity and growth in an evolving environment.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
