Beacon Hill has partnered with a large non-profit in Chicago in hiring a Compensation Analyst to start immediately! This role will help ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Job Summary:
The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for analyzing compensation data, developing salary structures, and ensuring the organization remains competitive in the job market. This role works closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to support compensation strategies and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practicesAssist in the design and maintenance of salary structures and compensation programsEvaluate job descriptions and perform job analyses to determine appropriate compensation levelsParticipate in annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews, bonus planning, and salary adjustmentsCollaborate with HR and business leaders to support compensation-related decisions and communicationsMaintain compensation-related data in HRIS and ensure data integrityPrepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support leadership decision-makingStay current on compensation trends, regulatory updates, and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP) is a plusAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or working towards certification is a plus A1421421CHI_1750427583 To Apply for this Job Click Here
