The Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by providing expertise and oversight in designing, evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:Analyze, design, and implement the organization's compensation programs, including but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, or compensation technology and tools Understand market conditions and best practices and apply to compensation philosophy, strategic plans, and organizational changes to ensure compensation policies and programs are aligned; partners with stakeholders to develop and implement creative and proactive solutions to remain compliant and competitiveManage the global budget, participation, and analysis of compensation surveys; and may serve as Market Pricing System Administrator to ensure integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of compensation-related dataConduct complex cost modeling for compensation initiatives, partnering with Finance stakeholdersLead execution and design of merit, incentive, and other cyclical compensation programs and processesLead market pricing efforts, perform job evaluation, and ad-hoc analysis Create communication materials and conduct training related to compensation programs as neededProactively seek out and maintain a working knowledge of legislation that may affect compensation policies/practices, reviews trends, and/or advancements in technology to develop recommendations and execute changes and improvementsCandidate Profile: 5 Years of Experience.Bachelor's Degree Preferred.Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Renumeration Professional (GRP) designation preferred.Experience with Workday and MarketPay preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement.Excellent attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.Career Framework RoleRequires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
