Compensation Advisor (Strategic Hiring & Sales Compensation)
**Description** + **Sales Compensation Support:** + Assist Compensation Leads and Advisors with Sales Compensation plan activities. + Review and maintain the inventory of sales plans. + Oversee the sales compensation plan review process. + Serve as the primary contact for all Sales compensation-related activities. + Provide guidance and support in the design of sales plans. + Develop tools to facilitate the sales plan design process. + Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to support the design and documentation of plans. + Maintain a global inventory of all business and individual incentive plans (e.g., sales, production, contests). + Support the development, education, and adherence to a consistent sales compensation framework. + Align HRC colleagues with plan names. + Collaborate with the global compensation team during the annual compensation review cycle, focusing on Sales Compensation aspects (Producer/EBIT/Sales compensation components). + Ensure quality assurance and peer review of analysis. + Participate and manage annual Risk Assessment activities. + Comply with regulatory committees overseeing Sales Plan activities. + **Strategic Hiring Support:** + Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure offers align with existing programs. + Review approval documentation to ensure all touchpoints are adhered to. + Partner with Finance to align financial business cases. + Manage tracking for strategic hiring. + Verify the accuracy of global offer letters for strategic hiring + Partner with Stakeholders and design creative strategic packages within compensation framework **Qualifications** + Ability and confidence to influence decision making + Bachelor's degree or equivalent. + 5 to 7 years of related experience, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry. + Experience in Sales Compensation Design, preferably on a global scale. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Intermediate proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint. + Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently, managing your own workload, priorities, and deadlines. + Proactive and dynamic work style, suited to a rapidly changing and evolving environment. + Knowledge and proficiency in Oracle HCM is preferred. **Compensation and Benefits** Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). **Compensation** The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $115,000.00-$130, 000.00 USD annually.
