What you'll do: As a Company Secretary Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting the company secretarial team by facilitating effective communication between colleagues at various levels across different locations. Support clients with statutory compliance and corporate governance. Draft board minutes, resolutions, and manage filings with Companies House. Maintain accurate statutory records and assist with company incorporations. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisers while managing sensitive information. Contribute to process improvements and provide administrative support as needed. What You Bring: To excel as a Company Secretary Assistant, you will bring proven experience from previous roles involving company secretarial duties or comparable responsibilities within professional services. Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
