This is a full-time, on site position, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 04:00 PM. As an Company Legal Administrator, you will support the team with day-to-day administration tasks, putting your knowledge of property law to good use! This role is ideal for someone who is later in their career, looking for a non-demanding, but task driven role.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage completion statements related to property transactions.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team.Communicate effectively and professionally in person, by telephone, and via email with clients, contractors, and internal teams.Maintain and organise documentation, records, and files accurately.Use Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) proficiently to prepare reports, letters, and presentations.Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciling accounts.Use Sage accounting software for routine financial entries and record-keeping (prior experience beneficial, but not mandatory).Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits as required.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Support other ad hoc administrative and clerical duties within the team.Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a legal secretary or administrator within property management.Experience with completion statements and related property legal documentation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills - confident engaging with clients and colleagues in person, over the phone, and via email.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Experience handling bookkeeping-related responsibilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge or practical experience using Sage accounting software.Previous exposure to property law or conveyancing administration.Basic knowledge of property management processes and terminology.
