Your Key Responsibilities Plan, elaborate and implement compensation and benefits policies and guidelines, for area of responsibility or employee groups.Support development of and implement policies, standards, processes and tools.Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits program.Prepare data and participate in market benchmark surveys, and analyze own organizations' benchmark position.Cooperate with HR stakeholders in all compensation and benefits related matters, provide support and advice.Execute consistent job evaluations, propose CandB packages.Your Qualifications Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, Social Sciences3 to 5 years
