Community Support Representative - Spanish speaker

At the Spanish Rides LOB, you'll be helping Riders and Drivers to improve their experience through messaging. The right candidate is always seeking for outstanding and exciting ways to resolve problems with outstanding support and communication, have a strong understanding of our policies & logic, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly.
This is a full time opportunity to work with an outstanding operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Uber.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
Handle messaging with our Riders and Drivers
Connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
Troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
**Basic Qualifications**
Spanish C-level
High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
Soft-skills to handle interactions with our Riders and Drivers
Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Able to connect what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Portuguese speaker is a plus - you care deeply about the product and getting others excited to use Uber
2. Bachelor's degree or college experience is preferred but not mandatory
3. Experience in a high-volume environment, including service industries, retail, hospitality, or other support environments preferred but not mandatory;
