Job Description:The Community & Strategic Relationship Manager is a strategic role designed to enhance public perception, foster meaningful community engagement, and drive organizational growth through targeted initiatives. The manager drives strategy to activate positive public perception, managing community giving programs that align with organizational values, cultivating school partnerships to expand market share, and designing employee appreciation, volunteerism and recognition programs to boost morale and engagement.

Education Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:Initiates and sustains strategies to positively influence how the organization is perceived in the community to foster a sense of belonging and active participationOversees charitable programs that align with the organization's mission and community needs, while analyzing the data to identify trends and opportunities for growthBuilds and maintains strategic partnerships with educational institutions to drive market growth and community visibility, reach and impactImplements programs that celebrate and appreciate employee contributions and volunteerism, reinforcing organizational culture and loyaltyManages school partnership contracts and multi-year community commitments to drive increased value for partnershipsManages community sponsorships for their highest valueSeeks and fosters strategic community partnerships and initiates opportunities for Essentia to demonstrate and amplify our values in the communities we serve

Education requirement:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent years of related professional experience ​

Required Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in a health care organization and/or consumer-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

3 years of leadership experienceMaster’s degree in business administration, Public Administration or related field Experience in grants management, strategic philanthropy, and employee volunteerismExperience in process/systems improvement and program administrationExperience in strategic communicationsExperience in contract negotiation and management
