Description We are looking for a highly organized and analytical individual to join our Community Relations Employee Engagement team as a Ticket Distribution and Analytics Specialist. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in optimizing ticket distribution strategies while leveraging data insights to enhance employee engagement and attendance. This role is based in Houston, Texas, and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team to drive impactful outcomes. Responsibilities: • Manage the distribution and usage tracking of tickets for local events, including Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Houston Astros games. • Support ticket distribution efforts for region-specific events such as Colorado Rockies and Midland Rockhounds games. • Develop strategic plans for ticket allocation to maximize employee participation and engagement. • Analyze historical data to identify patterns and create actionable recommendations for future ticket distribution. • Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate the effectiveness of ticketing initiatives and provide insights. • Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor ticket utilization, engagement levels, and associated costs. • Collaborate with team members and employees to ensure smooth ticket distribution and effective communication. • Adapt work hours to accommodate seasonal ticketing events, including evenings and weekends as required. • Work from home when necessary, ensuring consistent productivity and communication. • Stay informed about ticketing platforms and systems to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in event management, ticketing, or a related field is preferred. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and Tableau. • Demonstrated ability to solve problems with attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders. • Knowledge of ticketing platforms and systems is advantageous. • Ability to create dashboards and generate insights from data analysis. • Flexible availability to work during evenings and weekends based on event schedules. • Capacity to work independently from home when required.
