Job Summary:
The Children’s Community Provider provides direct services to children and families in their community, including the CFTSS and HCBS programs. They will foster the highest possible quality of life and personal achievement in accordance with the individual’s person-centered plan.
Essential Job Duties:
A Children’s Community Provider is responsible for providing support services to youth with a range of emotional, behavioral and social difficulties.

Minimum Education/Experience Required:
High School education with 2 years’ experience in Mental Health, Substance Abuse Disorder, or Foster Care OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Services
