Job Summary
The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing evidence-based health promotion programs and services designed to improve the health and well-being of students, athletes, families, and communities. This role involves collaborating with school administrators, community members, and business leaders to build partnerships, coordinate events, and increase the community's knowledge of healthcare services.

Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in community outreach, health promotion, or a related field, with experience coordinating events and working with schools and community organizations requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with community partners, volunteers, and healthcare professionals. Knowledge of evidence-based health promotion strategies and best practices in public health. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software to manage data, create reports, and develop educational materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and leadership in community outreach efforts.
