**Pay Rate:**

**What you'll be doing as a Community Office Manager:**
+ Answering phones
+ Monitoring the communities of two parks
+ Overseeing 2 maintenance techs duties
+ Monthly Property inspections
+ Move In/Move Out Processing
+ Processing Applications
+ Filing
**Available shifts:**
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
**Job requirements:**
+ Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with community members and internal teams
+ Social Media Expertise: A strong understanding of various social media platforms and best practices
+ Community Engagement: Ability to foster meaningful connections and encourage active participation within the community
+ Content Creation: Proficiency in creating engaging and relevant content for different platforms
+ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track engagement metrics, and identify trends
+ Problem-Solving: Ability to address community concerns and resolve issues effectively
+ Brand Knowledge: Understanding the brand's values, messaging, and target audience
+ Background check and drug screening required
+ Resume required
