As the Community Manager & Front of House Lead at Westpark Business Park, you will be the heartbeat of our thriving business campus, creating exceptional experiences for our occupiers while serving as the welcoming face of our premier Shannon business destination. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement & ManagementCollaborate with our tenant engagement consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive occupier engagement strategy that creates a vibrant, connected workplace communityEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with tenants through newsletters, digital platforms, and face-to-face interactionsConduct quarterly satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to understand evolving occupier needs and preferencesCreate and maintain a detailed tenant database to track relationships, preferences, and communication historyServe as the primary point of contact for all tenant experience inquiries and concernsFacilitate cross-tenant introductions to foster a collaborative community environmentFront of House OperationsManage the Westpark reception area as the face of the business park, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment for all visitorsOversee the visitor management system, including processing arrivals, providing security badges, and directing guestsCoordinate meeting room and campus amenity bookings, ensuring spaces are properly prepared and maintainedManage package and mail deliveries with an organized system for notification and pickupOversee lobby and common area presentation, including displays, signage, and seasonal decorationsTrain and supervise additional front desk staff or temporary coverage personnelLocal Engagement & Retail SupportCultivate relationships with Shannon and County Clare businesses and servicesExecute promotional campaigns for on-site retailers and food service providers through digital marketing, events, and special offersOrganize "meet the locals" events connecting tenants with nearby Shannon amenities and servicesNegotiate tenant discount programs with local businesses to enhance the occupier experienceLiaise with Shannon Chamber of Commerce and regional business organizations to integrate with the wider business communityESG & Sustainability InitiativesPartner with our client to implement and communicate sustainability goals and programs across the campusOrganize educational workshops and awareness campaigns focused on environmental best practicesTrack and report sustainability metrics and tenant participation in green initiativesFacilitate recycling programs, energy conservation efforts, and other environmental initiativesCoordinate community service opportunities and charitable partnerships with local organizationsEvent Management & ReportingCreate and manage a diverse calendar of events utilizing communal spaces, from wellness activities to networking opportunitiesPrepare detailed post-event analysis reports including metrics, feedback, and improvement recommendationsDevelop comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports tracking community engagement, satisfaction, and event ROIPresent engagement data and insights at stakeholder meetings with ownershipCollaborate with regional service providers to arrange seasonal events, including vendor selection and on-site coordination
 Property Operations SupportMaintain regular tenant communication regarding general operationsImplement and oversee Health and Safety protocols in accordance with Irish regulationsMaintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and insurance requirementsServe as liaison with insurance brokers to address queries and ensure appropriate coverage
 Person SpecificationEssential Skills & AttributesProven experience in community management, hospitality, or customer success rolesExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholdersCreative marketing mindset with experience developing engaging content and campaignsSelf-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting team objectivesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and digital communication platformsStrong organizational abilities managing competing priorities in a dynamic business environmentExperience planning and executing professional events from concept to completionExcellent written and verbal communication skills with confident presentation abilitiesProactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detailKnowledge of the Shannon business landscape and community dynamics is advantageous
 Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience in commercial real estate, property management, or workplace experience within IrelandBackground in hospitality, customer service, or front desk management at business parks or corporate campusesKnowledge of ESG principles and sustainability practices in commercial environmentsExperience with tenant engagement software and digital community platformsUnderstanding of building operations and facility management fundamentalsFamiliarity with Shannon, County Clare, and the Mid-West region's business ecosystem
