About the role: 
The Community Host delivers exceptional client experience daily through engagement and clear communication. You'll use JLL's HX Service Line to bring new 'Experience Services' to site staff. Your role involves strengthening the partnership between JLL and our client while improving service delivery and developing your professional skills. You'll be responsible for implementing the experience program at the client site. This position lets you use your service passion, people skills, and enthusiasm to create a hospitality-focused workplace. 

You'll also ensure that your assigned areas are functional, presentable, clean, and safe, providing a quality environment for both occupants and visitors. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee enquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services withing the workplace  

Spend time each day welcoming employees in the reception or employee entrances as well walking the floor to ensure all spaces are clean and maintained 

 Manage APAC Helpdesk mailbox and allocate tasks accordingly, answer telephone calls 

Support the Facilities Manager when required  

Process work orders and invoices 

Ensure the provision of a safe working environment 

 

What we’re looking for: 

Previous experience in hospitality, or a corporate work environment 

Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite 

Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision 

Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to customer service and interact with employees and vendors 

Able to work efficiently while handling competing priorities with shifting deadlines
